These terms apply to your use of pawfolk.us and to any order you place with Pawfolk. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and pricing: we try to show products, colors, and sizes accurately, but photos and descriptions may differ slightly from what you receive. Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is listed with an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders: we may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as suspected fraud, a listing error, or an item being out of stock. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll get a full refund.

Payment: payment is charged when you place your order. You agree to provide current and accurate billing and contact information.

Shipping and returns: delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and our Return and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Product use: our products are for pets and should be used as directed and with supervision. Check sizing before use, inspect toys and gear regularly, and stop using any item that is damaged. Pawfolk doesn't give veterinary advice; talk to your vet about your pet's health.

Discount codes: codes can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.

Site content: the text, images, and logos on this site belong to Pawfolk or its suppliers and can't be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability: to the extent the law allows, Pawfolk is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or its products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Changes: we may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
